Dampf Good BBQ

"Finally got a chance to get some food here. I got the Texas trinity plate with fire roasted vegetables and loaded potato salad. The meats were sausage, brisket and pork ribs. All the meats were good but the brisket really stood out for me. I also had an order of pork belly and a beef rib. The pork belly was melt in your mouth delicious.The beef rib was okay. The sides were good. I will visit again."

"I’m impressed with the food at this place. To start, I always struggle to find a good brisket in NC and I had the best brisket ever there. They also cook Beef ribs which is a rare find in NC. The sides were all good, especially the loaded mashed potato salad and the fired grilled vegetables. Definitely recommend it!"

"After coming here maybe 10 times I think i can confidently recommend Dampf Good as my favorite BBQ in the area. The meat is always tender and the sides taste fresh. Today’s Brisket was melt-in-your mouth smoked and perfectly seasoned. I recommend any of the sides, but my favorites are the coleslaw and elote. Dress to sit outside, ideally something with an elastic waistband because you won’t want to leave a single bite behind!"

"Today was my first time sampling Dampf good BBQ. Let me start by saying I grew up on and live by the gospel of ENC BBQ. But I still love all forms. This is some of the best Texas style BBQ I've had period. Most places I've been to the meats may be good but the sides are more of an afterthought. Not the case here as I would highly recommend the loaded potato salad. Just fantastic. It would be worth going back again just for that let alone the brisket. I look forward to trying some other proteins on my next trip such as the turkey and sausage. Thank y'all for a great meal."

"The best BBQ in North Carolina!! The food is rich and melts in your mouth. Absolutely superb taste and flavor. Two things to note: (1) if you go during a peak time like Saturday at noon, be prepared for a long line that does not move quickly. (2) the restaurant is at a farm, so the only seating is under a pavilion. Be prepared for the elements. With these two notes, Dampf serves up absolutely superb tasting BBQ."
