"My teenaged daughter ordered smoothies from your website on 6/6/23. They were never delivered, and a girl at the store told her she couldn't issue a refund. I have been calling the number on your site for two days at various times, and no one answers. How would you like to move forward with refunding our funds? Edit: While I appreciate your responding in this forum, I still haven't received a call from you. I went by your store Friday 6/9, after days of no one answering the phone and spoke to the "lead cashier". He said he called you and you instructed him to get all of my information, and he promised I would get a call with an update on the resolution. I'm really hoping I won't have to go to the store again this week. We are 7 days from the purchase, how is this even still a discussion?"

"Ordered the avocolada smoothie, a couple of chicken wraps (pic included), and a quesadilla. The quesadilla came with a strand of hair in the melted cheese. The staff was good about it. I just walked up and showed them the strand and they quickly took care of it. They seemed to really feel badly about it."
