"usually they do good by me but recently i had the worst experience of my life. they beaded a blown tire and charged me $86 for it…it became a bumpy ride so i called them back as soon as i left but i couldn’t turn around bc i had to go in to work. told them i’ll be in as soon as i can bc i work two jobs…when i did returned a few days after i had to buy a $250 tire (which what i initially came in to get but worker said it may just need a bead). i felt they should’ve took the entire $86 and put towards the tire but instead they only gave me $40 towards new tire they ordered. went back once tire came in to find out the old tire was blown and wasn’t reusable per the same dude that beaded (wasn’t going to say anything until i asked to take my old tire)….there’s no way they didn’t see that tire blown the first time even the owner didn’t care that, that type of work left his establishment! definitely lost a regular customer but i know they dgaf bc they showed me that lol i wish i could post this video for everyone to see their f’d up customer service!"

"Bought 2 tires for $150, one ended up getting flat, turns out it had a plug already in it. Bought 4 other tires and they were put on backwards. Best Tires on New Bern is better."

"Went to have my state inspection done. Filled out the form at the window and told the girl at the window I was getting an inspection. I was told they would get to me in five minutes. After waiting and realizing no one had moved my car. I asked for my keys and they girl explained they had to get my tires. What tires? She says that she was told I was getting tires, I was just at the window. And the form says inspection. So, give me my keys and get this raggedy **** together. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!"
