"I don't know if my review is going for the Rainbow store in the mall or just Rainbow in general so I am going to tell you about both. The one in the mall has great customer service. It is the smallest and they have less clearance items. The one on Bragg Blvd. Is large and has good customer service and a decent amount of clearance items, but the selection is not as good as the one on 301. They have a great selection of clothes, big store. However, the girls that work there (the ones that have worked there the longest) all have nasty attitudes. Anyone can tell you that. The location looses business just because of that. There needs to be a way to give a survey on the receipt because it is time for a change at that location. They are just rude to everyone for any reason. Also, keep in mind you can NOT keep the hangers and the RETURN POLICY is 7 days."
