"Not delivery driver friendly. EVERY time I come to this location its a 40 + wait. They will not even be busy but serve everyone else including those that come behind you before you get your order. The bag is literally cold when it comes out like it's been sitting there. They can never give a eta or anything. I swear they do it on purpose. I'm a sweet natured person, so it's not because I'm not polite. I don't have this issue at any other sonic. Other stores in the area can be extremely busy and I still get it in less than 10 min."

"Worst sonic ever. New military family here to Fayetteville. Came here the other day and spent over 40$ just so they could mess up my order and forget 2 chicken sandwiches. Food is not good here. Would t recommended this location to anyone looking for a good place to eat at. Sonic and employees please do better next time. Customer service was okay but not good. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"October 2023 Okay this is an update to my last review I picked up two more of these burritos for the office today and go figure they had absolutely NO MEAT. Disappointed smh….. Original: 7 Months ago. Hands down this is the best location in the city to purchase a breakfast burrito the “Super Sonic Burrito” is my favorite and as you can see from this photo the size varies from location to location. But the Cliffdale Rd location is the winner in my book in customer satisfaction."

"I usually never have any issues with the customer service at this location. This morning I had a problem with my burrito so I pulled into a carhop station, just for the manager Nyshon to argue me down and raise his voice about what I was looking at. He swore up and down I had jalapeños on my burrito when I didn’t. I asked for a manager and he came skipping out with a grin on his face. By then I was already on the phone with customer service about the issue. He’s a terrible representation"
