"I came here two years ago to replace my old car battery, one of the tech there was not very helpful, refused to install my new battery. I was told they are not allowed to change battery for the customers. So I said ok, called one of my guy friend and installed it for me. I would have given 5 stars but because of poor customer service I received, I will not be returning back in that location."

"I have stopped into this store many times when I needed a part in a hurry. Staff is always super helpful. In one case, I bought headlight bulbs to replace and was changing them in their parking lot. I had to remove some bolts to get to the back of the headlight assembly. In the process I dropped a bolt deep inside the engine compartment and could not retrieve it. I went into the store to see if they had a tool that could help me retrieve the lost bolt. An employee sprang into action, grabbed a tool and came outside to help. We worked together for several minutes but because of the obstructed location the task proved difficult. For the Autozone employee, failure was not an option. He laid down on his back and shimmied and under my vehicle until he could get his arm into the underside of the engine compartment. In short order he had maneuvered his hand to the bolt and was able to retrieve it. I was most grateful for his dedication. Without him I probably would still be in the parking lot today trying get that bolt!"
