"They consistently adopt a confrontational tone, even though I approach them with no attitude. It's not my responsibility if they struggle to manage their time efficiently for food preparation. Future transactions won't involve this location nor venue; I'm generally an easygoing customer until faced with unwarranted attitude. I don't owe them anything, especially not a receptacle for their bad days. No need for elaboration, and no, I'm not the one initiating any negativity. I'm concluding this by choosing not to contribute my money anymore. Perhaps their "managers" could benefit from a lesson in customer communication with those who approach them positively, or maybe there's a language barrier at play? $30 for a few hamburgers - next time I will patron in a REAL dining establishment!"

"They're sure to get an attitude with YOU even if YOU DON'T get an attitude with them! Furthermore, it's NOT MY FAULT that they need more time to prepare my food! THEY ARE THE ONES who are ILL PREPARED!!! I will NOT be doing any further business in the future with this location! I am the easiest customer to please until THE PLACE I AM DOING BUSINESS WITH GETS AN ATTITUDE WITH ME!!! I don't owe you anything! I certainly don't owe it to you to take your bad days out on ME!!! No explanation needed! And, NO, I AM NOT THE ONE WHO SHOWED ATTITUDE FIRST!!! But i am the one who is ending it by not giving you my money anymore! Your so called "managers" need a lesson in how to talk to customers who are actually smiling and agreeing with them!!! Or maybe they don't know how to speak english!?!?!?"

"Worst McDonald's ever. They always take too long. Asked for a double quarter pounder meal, a regular quarter pounder meal and a nugget kids meal. I asked for fresh fries and nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. All of the fries were cold, the nuggets were hard, and they fry cartons were filled less than halfway!"

"Maybe I’m running off of emotion but this McDonalds is the worst. First the line to get to the box to order was long. Okay it’s the afternoon it gets crowded. I get it. When I finally get to order it takes forever to get someone to take the order. Then I pay, drive up and I’m told to pull up and park to wait for my food. 30 minutes later from me paying I finally had enough and go in. They haven’t even started my order. So I get a refund on my food plus the food. Get home and to add insult to injury my burger is cold, cheese barely melted as if the burger had been sitting under a heat lamp. I can’t do it anymore. They will never see my face again."
