Josh took the time to explain what was happening and actually listened to me when I told him my suspicions about what was wrong with the car. I was essentially there all day, but they were upfront about the time expectations. They handled the Sunday chaos and all of the obnoxious patrons who didn't have a bit of patience or empathy with grace and kindness, and it was refreshing to see. Thanks again!"

"10/10 Experience, highly recommend this location! From start to finish, the employees at this location are on point. Starting with Antoine who greeted me right away, and listed all of my needs correctly. This is excellent because instead of just saying okay he repeated the issue of my car back to me to ensure we were on the same page and gave me a ball park number of what it would cost to inspect my car. Antoine also was going above and beyond by communicating information to the guys in the garage and he offered to speak to a customer’s relative on the phone to help them understand their vehicle needs. Second, this team performed great because of the excellent leadership demonstrated by the General Manger Scott who was filling in the gaps and supporting the team in every way possible Scott took the time to break down my issue with my car and explained to me so I understood. He also went above and beyond to make sure everything was squared away for me. In addition to the great service, my favorite part of my experience was experiencing Scott’s leadership and love for his team. Scott took the time to call and teammate and ensure he was doing well. This type of leadership is an example of his core values. We always say our work family is like our real family but to see Scott make the time to do so really speaks volumes to the type of leader he is. Finally, Brandon the technician was great, working on my car right up until closing time. He had a smile on his face and was cheerful handing me my keys and telling me I was all set. Although I did not get everyone’s name, the entire team was great. This was a wonderful experience, I will continue to have my car serviced here and will highly recommend others do to. "This five star review is because of my experience today. To be clear I’ve been to this location multiple times in the past and did not have great experiences to say the least… (In my opinion due to poor management.) I came back to Firestone because something that I had fixed previously at this location broke again, and was under warranty. Instead of paying out of pocket at another shop for the same issue I trusted that this time would be different than my previous visits. Scott is now the new manager here and he was a breath of fresh air. He really looked out for me with multiple issues even outside of what I originally came in for. He did his absolute best to address/fix my concerns, and was very understanding. My review is solely because of his customer service and honesty. Now that he is in charge I’m confident that in time this location will turn things around and have much better customer feedback going forward. When in doubt, ask for Scott! He’ll take care of you, and will be up front about what’s truly needed."
