"I went into the store to buy some touch-up paint for my truck, and the man who greeted me asked how he could help immediately upon my entry. I informed him I was looking for auto paint, and he referred me to the woman with whom I could speak about it. She was on the phone and I patiently waited, after which she finished the call with the customer and turned her full attention to me. I gave her some basic information and she pointed out the paint to me. The only downside was that it wasn't in stock, but she said she could have it there the next day and apologized, even telling me that I didn't have to pay for it for her to order it, in case I found it cheaper elsewhere. I work in retail, so such honesty is greatly appreciated. They will receive all of my automotive business in the future and I HIGHLY recommend them."
