Waffle House

"this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever experienced at this location. i placed an order online for pickup. 12:49AM & it was estimated to be ready by 1:04AM. i waited & waited outside for order & finally sent in a friend to pickup my order, he proceeded out the establishment & told me that the order was ready & we waited again considering that it was late at night & very busy, understandable cool. about 15 minutes later, my friend went back inside to check on the status & the server told us the order hasn’t even been started & to wait another 20-30 minutes. okay, im getting a little antsy but i will wait. finally time has passed & I, myself, go inside to get the order. the server then says “oh someone picked up your order.” i proceed to say that cant be right considering i’ve been outside for about 1hr & half waiting. Me & all the servers are going back & forth about the order because there is just no way. i asked for a manager & they stated they didn’t have one. i asked for a refund they said i would have to call the number but they didnt know what number to call. long story short they gave me the run around. im still not satisfied & forgetting to mention there was a roach crawling on the counter."

"I knew we should have walked out when we were going to sit down. Our server blew her nose and didn't wash her hands, then gave me utensils that were dirty with stuck on food, had an attitude when I asked for clean ones. But it wasn't until I was at my last bite that I found a hair under my hashbrowns. This place is gross. We won't be back. To anyone who eats here, don't get anything with ice they leave the ice chest door open, and they are reaching over it. I think I saw black mold inside from where I was sitting on the inside cover."

"What can I say about the Waffle House that most folks don't already know? It always depends on who's on shift when you pop in. We were fortunate to get a good crew. Good food, excellent service. Thanks Waffle House for being a good ole American staple."

"I always eat at waffle house here and there.....this time service was not fully satisfactory. It was my aunts birthday so I decided to take her to waffle house. She ordered grits with her meal but when they arrived the grits were cold. Therefore, she asked the waitress for a bowl of hot grits. Once she received that she enjoyed her birthday meal. As for me, my steak was a little overcooked....ends was kinda burnt from grill. I asked for medium well. Staff needs to ensure behind counter is clean. The floors looked awfully dirty."
