"Cold food, yet made in front of us but still cold...too busy singing, EATING while cooking and worried more bout the drive through than anything. Bragg blvd location is on point, go learn from them!"

"I pass by two Dunkin donuts to get to this one every day before work. The service I receive here is always amazing and I have never sent a drink back because it was incorrect or tasted differently. This morning, In particular, I received exceptional service by the drive-through cashier, whose name I believe was Fauseah (she had a New York accent) She was attentive, very nice and patient. While this Dunkin is definitely not convenient for me It’s worth the drive!!"

"This location has its days. Depending on who's working, depends on how fast you'll get your order. Some days it's pure chaos, others it's smooth sailing. If you know who's working before ordering, it will help you. (I look through the windows, as I have a pretty good guess as to who the problem is). They have recently hired an entire new crew for the most part. So, its much better than it was. I prefer a different location overall, but this one is conveniently located for schools & work."

"Never in my life will I purchase anything from Dunkin’ again. I went to this location this morning and I was accused of stealing money from their tip cup. First and foremost, I work and serve this country. The manager on duty, Alexis was extremely rude to me, as I explained to her that it was not me that she accused of stealing money from their tip cup. In the video she showed me, there was an African American male that looked nothing like me. We don’t even have same build or facial features. Consequently this resulted in me having to call the police since they didn’t want to. At the end, she and her associates stated that they might have mistaken my identity. They refused to serve me and I she never issued an apology. I am mortified by this situation because I was falsely accused and their were other customers that witnessed this situation. The manager on duty Alexis and her staff need to be held accountable for their actions."
