Papa Johns Pizza

"Ordered delivery. They use a dasher. Dasher stole our order. Said it was “handed to me” and it definitely was not. My 2 little kids had no dinner. The store said “this happens a lot” so we had them remake it and came and got it. Defeats the purpose of delivery. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t do it yourself. What a waste."

"Typically I order through door dash and get a pizza from this Papa John's... So last night they gave my pizza to the "Wrong Dasher" so they say... And my pizza never showed up. Thank God door dash gave me a refund so I didn't make a fuss... However, today I decided to order from Papa John's and ordered 2 large pizzas for 10.99 each. The lady asked if I would like to upgrade the pizzas to XL for $3 a piece. I said yes... This should be $28.00 plus tax which should technically be about $2. So $30 cool... When the lady finished ringing me up, she told me the price was $43.00 WHAT??? HOW??? When questioned her about these fees and what they were for, and how do I owe an additional $13, SHE HUNG UP... So we over charging people now Papa John's??? Y'all need to look into these employees"

"This is the one Papa John's that I can honestly say is pretty good most of the time and you don't have to wait very long to get your order. The customer service is pretty good, too. Hands down as far as Papa John's pizza goes this is one of the better ones."

"Ordered online pizza, papadia, and jalapeno bites. Ready Fast, picked up, in and out in less than a min. Got home, box still warm opened and pizza was over cooked. Hard, chewy and very bland and NOT good. The other 2 items were ok, not something I would buy again."

"Ordered a pizza last night around 8:30. Showed it was delayed finally out for delivery around 10:20 watched the car never came by my house the screen went white. Called customer service said it was delivered. I never got it. Today they said will send me the pizza I ordered last night with brownies. I go outside at 1:10 pm. Two completely soaked boxes siting by the bushes. Plus not the pizza I ordered. After I called this time they said they will deliver what I ordered in about 30 minutes. We will see."
