"• Used Kiosk - Thought this would avoid any error in the order since its all computerized. • Food was prepared incorrectly. Paid for extra cheese and did not get it. Ask for no tomatoes and they loaded what seamed like extra tomatoes. • This was my third time and last getting a messed up order. I don't know if management changed recently but the service went downhill like a flip of a switch."

"I didn’t realize that a burrito I ordered came with sour cream. While waiting to get to the drive thru window to pay, I realized that it did. When I got up there I asked the cashier to please not put sour cream in the burrito. He told me that it was already made and there’s nothing he can do. I asked if they could remake it and he refused. I was given no option to correct the issue. He acted annoyed that he had to deal with me. I called the manager and she did nothing but defend her cashiers actions with no apology. She told me that only the cashier dealt with me, so it wasn’t her fault and that I could have pulled around to have it remade(Not true because they refused to do so). How a manager doesn’t see how the actions of her employees represent the business and that it’s her responsibility to correct an issue is beyond me. I eat here on a regular basis but will no longer be returning. Fix your customer service, it’s not hard to help a customer when they make an honest mistake and politely ask you to change the order before paying or taking possession of the food."

"Fantastic location! Staff is pleasant. Tacos that are both delicious and yummy! The manager is incredibly pleasant. I ordered six supreme tacos, but when I got home, I discovered I only had five tacos. I called the business right away to report the missing food! The manager was incredibly courteous and apologized profusely. I was told to return to the store to get three complimentary tacos. I'm quite happy with the food and the service. This Taco Bell store comes highly recommended by me. Please double-check your order before you depart, just to be cautious!"

"So we just need to get ready for the norm to be self-service, long wait times with poor customer service? A long with rising prices, the fabric of a better experience should come with it. Ordered to items didn't even eat the second one. This was supposed to have been a Mexican pizza. They filled it as if it was a taco. SMH!"

Still good did at a reasonable price, if you order the right items. --------------------------- Not much to say about the food, it's consistent with all other Taco Bell's. What makes this location stand out are the people working at the restaurant. They are outstanding! Always friendly, always helpful, always smiling. The service is always quick here!"
