There was another employee who I didn’t get the name, several people (including me) lined up to ask him where something is, and he was able to give an accurate answer immediately each time. It was very impressive and looks like he memorized the exact location of each one of their product, no matter how uncommon that product might be. This store is very well-organized, and the employees genuinely want to help people and seem to be enjoying what they do here."

When he rang my item up I pointed out that the price of the item was different from the price on the shelf. He swore at me and told me to get the F out of his store. Never have I had this experience at this Harbor Freight before."

"Called for a price check and to make sure a particular item was indeed in stock after researching myself for it on line. Gentleman answers phone and I could hardly understand what he was saying he was speaking so fast. I then asked if item I needed was in stock at store and pricing for. I was then told to look on line. I told the young man I did. He proceeds to put me on hold WITHOUT telling me he was going to do so. I was then transferred to another gentleman who in fact did give pricing, but rushed me off phone in process. Horrible customer service."
