"closed the dressing room on black friday and the workers said “it’s just easier” at a bra store this is terrible and you lost like all of my families money from this rude snarky behavior. i have an unusual bra size and it seemed like i was being body shamed by an aerie employee for having a bigger chest. you suck get better employees and think better about pleasing a customer."

"I came here yesterday looking to exchange some items I had ordered online that ended up being too small and when I first walked into the store I saw a girl in a hat typing on her phone. She looked up and made eye contact with me then immediately went back to her phone. I hope she was doing something for the store on her phone and not just texting because it didnt make for a great first impression. Other times I've visited Aerie or AE I've been greeted and employees always look busy straightening, helping guests, or merchandising, not standing behind a table on their phones and ignoring customers. My experience otherwise was fine, I returned my items and the girl doing my return was friendly."

"The customer service at this location was amazing! The store was full of stock (but not cluttered) and they had almost every size! The line at the register was lengthy but the cashiers were speedy so no complaints. I found the nicest pair of leggings and they were on sale! Great experience overall :)"

"They were able to honor my birthday coupon after it had expired. They also gave me great customer service in the fitting room and recommended new leggings based off what I had purchased before. The manager was so nice. The store was elevated in appearance!"
