"Burger sizes are insanely smaller than the used to be, and the fry quantity is smaller as well. Prices are crazy for what you get.. topping amounts weren’t plentiful either. Service was friendly and atmosphere was fine other than the staff’s commotion."

"I’m puzzled on why their burgers can cost up to $12 just the bacon cheeseburger. You can go to a high end restaurant and get a $12 burger that includes fries with the price. Their burgers are about the same as Burger King but Burger King tastes better and is cheaper.. On top of that I order a bacon cheeseburger online and didn’t receive the bacon which is clearly needed to give the burger any type of flavor but the employees made a mistake and missed the word bacon on the order.. how convenient?"

"I visited Five Guys today and the employees energy was wonderful. Everyone was happy. You just do not see this anymore. It made my heart happy. It was a true team working together. Normally I do not review places but to whoever was working on 12/12 around 12:30pm, let me just tell you that you all were awesome!"

"Ordered 2 small cheeseburgers and one of the burgers had bacon wrapped in the foil with the burger. We don’t eat bacon, so it ruined my wife’s sandwich. She had to throw away the burger."

"This place is absolutely amazing! It's my wife and I's favorite burger joint. If we want just a snack, we will split a burger and fries. It can't be beat. Hands down best burger place around. Wishing they would open a location out closer to us in youngsville, but it's well worth the drive to wherever you have to to get a 5 guys burger. Makes me hungry again just typing about it."
