"I'm disappointed with quality of service by my service advisor. I recently purchased a Jetta and was having issues with my entire sound system. It’s still under factory warranty. Only one speaker was replaced and now, less that one week later, there is no bass coming from any of my speakers. @Matt, I wish you had paid more close attention to my concerns when I came back the day after my visit. Instead I was dismissed me. You said "this is just the poor quality that comes with a base level jetta." That statement was pretty shocking. I would hope that you have more respect for the quality of your vehicles. This wasn't a cheap car to purchase. It's still under factory warranty and you should be able to correct this issue. What you didn't know is that my boyfriend that came with me is also a service advisor with AutoNation. He pointed out numerous flaws in your statements about my vehicle and your unprofessional notes on my receipt. I know you could do better and replace my speakers. I do not believe that this was the best quality service that you could provide to me. When I left my appointment with you, I immediately went to a salesperson to listen to the stereo system in your loaner Jetta. There was a significant difference in the quality of sound for that "poor quality" base model Jetta. Kind of ironic? You're salesperson even sat in both of the cars with us and noticed a difference."

"They went above and beyond for my husband and I when we had a lug nut we couldn't get off do to it being one that was after market even though they didn't have they right key they done everything they could to try and help us and I thank them for that also love they way they played and treated our 11 month old son"
