Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Bent Tree

"First I'll state this I mainly went to this restaurant because of the ratings and it was my first time. I order the Lamb Gyro (I have eaten awesome Lamb Gyros from other restaurants). There Lamb Gyro was highly disgusting, it had a horrible vinegar base and sweetness that was just over powering. I went back in and long story he did not want to refunded my money. I communicated with in a calm manner and simply stated it is disgusting, and I want my money. He stated this is what you ordered, and I completely understood that so what I ordered should be delicious. He stated we don't do refunds. I simply said where does it state that in the policy. If I went to any other restaurants, I could get my money back. So what made them so special. I have received refunds and comps at high end restaurants, with no problem. (So he stated well il just give a refund I don't want to argue). They only one arguing was him. If you are the head or own a restaurant and you can not properly communicate or handled issues you should not be in the business of the service of people. Take a communications class on Interpersonal and Intrapersonal. Point Blank"

"I got the Tuesday lunch menu and got a spicy chicken gyro. It was delicious and a good deal. The service was so nice. If you want clean, nice food then go to this place. The outside seating was amazing. The tables were super clean. I will be coming back to here most definitely."

"Love the healthy options here. Good food without sacrificing taste. I always get the salmon feast with rice and salad. Delicious! I give service a 3/5 because at this location... I made an order, but they never let me know it was finished. It was just sitting on the to go rack. But other than that... I am a repeat customer at several different locations."

"11/2/18 - This visit we had Homemade chicken salad sandwich with tomato-cucumber side, and grilled lamb gyro with basmati rice. Both dishes were fresh and tasteful. 10/27/18 - Since it was our first visit, we received free hummus, which was tasty. For our meals, we enjoyed the Grilled Tilapia Feast, Greek Lemon Chicken Soup, and Mediterranean Salad with Grilled Chicken. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant decor is open, light, and clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful. I think we found a new favorite spot!"
