They have 24/7 service and had a technician at my house that morning. Within three minutes, the technician knew exactly what the problem was. My capacitor had failed, and my AC unit would not turn on. My technician, John N, was very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and professional. He had my AC working again in no time. He also went through a complete diagnostics check of my system to make sure everything was running properly, and it had enough Freon. I really appreciate John and Alexander services for their prompt response and service in fixing my AC problem.
