Tip to new customers: Make certain they have what you need before you make the trip and DON'T rely on the website for an accurate count of limited items. I stopped by for a pair of shelving units, supposedly in stock. Ace had only one and it was damaged. But the workers couldn't have been nicer, so I'll be back."

"I would recommend this Ace Hardware 10/10 times! We ordered a new grill and it was supposed to be delivered today. When I called about the order, the order had "errored out" and I was told to contact Customer Support. When Customer Support was less than helpful, Jake told me to place a new order and he'd have the grill to me today. Jake and his team not only delivered it, but gave me a small gift as an apology for the trouble we'd had. I will never shop at another Ace other than this one.
