"The food here is good and the service we received was quick and polite, but it is so overpriced!! I think the convenience of having a restaurant right next to the movie theater is not worth the crazy prices. I'd rather eat somewhere else in the mall (though not bartaco because they are similarly overpriced) or in a nearby shopping center and eat the same quality food for less money. I go to the movie theater frequently, and will not be returning to this restaurant."
"I was going to take my mother to their Mother’s Day brunch, we had a reservation for 11:30. I’m sure there’s a story behind this, and I feel sorry for the staff if so... but it took 20 minutes and me approaching the hostess before we were even brought water. And the waitress took another couples’ order, who had just sat down, before we even got that water. It was another 10 minutes before we ordered our brunch. Then another 10 before our mimosas were brought out. As we were waiting we observed the table next to us receive their 2nd course. Two of their plates were cold (eggs and pancakes, stone cold). The table in front of us could be overheard saying they had been waiting on their first course for close to 45 minutes. We waited an additional 15 minutes to see if our 1st course (a pastry plate and a soup) would at least be brought out... it wasn’t. We have a 1:15 movie, at that point there was no way that our whole meal would come out in time for us to make it to the theatre in time. Especially at the pace they were serving. We got up to leave and offered to pay for the mimosas we drank, but they apologized and said not to worry about them. As we were ordering snacks to make it through our movie we saw the table that had been sitting in front of us waiting for their first course walk out. I’m sure they’re short staffed or something today, and I feel a bit sorry for the staff... but it’s mother’s day and the special plans I had with my mother are now all messed up, and our moods are too. :/"
"The drinks are great, and they have rum from Nicaragua, Flor de Caña. Guacamole tastes like it’s out of a bag though."
"Not the worst food I've had but also not very good. I don't know if we just went on a bad night, but we got there around 7, about 90 minutes before our movie. Service was nice, but very slow. I assume kitchen was also slow. Took about 45-55 minutes for food to come out. I ordered caprese sandwich and fries. Sandwich was fine, nothing special. Fries seemed undercooked. They were warm but not browned enough (didn't have enough color -- almost like they were JUST cooked through). Boyfriend ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo. Chicken was dry and a little charred. Pasta was fine. Sauce tasted smokey and almost burnt. Tomatoes were not roasted. Just seemed very rushed and thrown together yet somehow service was slow. Like I said, food was alright, but in my opinion, not worth how much it cost. Could have gotten more food for a cheaper price in one of the restaurants close by."
"The food is not exactly amazing. What you are really getting is a unique movie theatre experience. The service is good. They try to elevate the dining experience. It's pretty sweet that you can eat good food while watching a movie on comfortable seats. Even drink a bottle of wine or a beer while you watch, if that's what you're into. The food is just a little like fancy TV dinners and I wish it was a little higher quality. Still the best movie theater for I've ever had though. PS skip the dessert. It's not so good. The apple crumble was soggy apples with soggy oat crumbs on top. Too much like the dessert you'd get in a TV dinner."
