"I visited the store to pick up an order plus I needed a few more things. However, the associates were very rude and were rushing to get me out of the store that I had been in for less than 5 minutes at the time. They seemed more interested in gossiping than in assisting me. It wasn’t like I was in the store right before closing. I had to double check the store hours to try and figure out why they were rushing me out, but it was 3 hours before closing. The plus side is that they retrieved my order quickly. I’ve never dealt with such rude staff at this Lane Bryant location before."

"I was in this store on Saturday and it was the worst experience. The lady (Stephanie)who was supposed to help me decided instead to be hateful, mean, rude, down right disrespectful. I was exchanging two bras with receipt with my 30 days. The tags where not attached because I put them on one morning getting ready for work and I just grab them out of the bag ripped the tags off until I realize the back of the bra was riding up my back. Both bras were to big and different sizes. Purchased them from a different store that lady measured me wrong. But when I went to exchange the bras Stephanie talked about me to a coworker in front of my face and then summoned the manager. When all she had to do was talk to me. But instead she choose to be hateful and disrespectful and talk about me. Truly hurt my feelings never in my life. The manger did come out and help me thank you to her and the young lady who checked me out thank you both."

"As a previous sales associate/stylist of Lane Bryant, I was disappointed when visiting this store today. Upon entering the store (5/23 around lunchtime) I received NO greeting. The woman didn’t even make eye contact as I approached the counter to go towards the Cacique section. The clerk was also unaware of any offers or sales going on when asked by another shopper. She had a very disinterested attitude. If bras aren’t on sale, you pitch something else. Customer service beats there not being a sale. I wanted a bra fit but after seeing that there was no one else available to assist, I decided to leave the store. It’s lacking in customer service and moral."

"I gained some weight recently and needed to come in during a quick work break to get clothes during opening hours for professional photos I was taking, especially since I'm so used to wearing my work-from-home "uniform." The associate was so kind, helpful, and supportive. She took the time to help me pick out, find, and plan everything I might need at the pace I needed that day. She made great suggestions that made me feel good and confident about my decisions."
