"They are closing the store because they don't want to work. That's why when they are here and you ask them, they say they were never closed. I'm reporting you guys immediately because this has been going on for too long. There are workers in the store and the door is locked with that sign posted."

"Arrived at this location at 11:14 am on a Saturday morning in the pouring down rain and the front door were locked. The store is lighted, the registers are lighted but the doors are locked! Tried to call and no answer! Several other customers showed up with the same issue. No response! Not sure what is going on but it definitely is closed! With no notice or anything on the front door."

"The employees here are not customer service oriented. They will literally stand outside for a cigarette and leave the store full of customers with the self check out line backed up. Then still won't check anyone out after they finish their cigarette. I won't be coming back here. Today I stood in line for 20 minutes while a guy tried to figure out his coupons on self check out. 2 employees stood at 1 register talking. I just put my stuff down and walked out. So unprofessional and literally no customer service. It's like they forget without the consumer they don't have a job. All good cause I won't be giving this location my money anymore. Let me add most Dollar generals don't give great customer service and that's cool. But this store is in the negative when it comes to the customer service they give. The store manager is always nice and will talk to you but no one else does."
