"I had to visit this restaurant, since couple of my friends recommended it and said a lot of great things about it, and I am glad I did. Firstable, the food was so flavorful and perfect, I ordered hanid, the meat was so well seasoned and tender that the bone just slip off, my sister ordered the grilled fish and oh wow we never tasted such flavorful dish and well balanced, the orders came with free soup, which was amazing by the way, and a salad. At the end we had to try some of their freshly made juices, we ordered lemon cucumber juice was so fresh, and my sister opted for the ginger honey one. Everything was so good and the service was very nice, we’re definitely coming back!!!"

"I have been reviewing restaurants around North Carolina for a couple of years. This was the most uncomfortable dining experience I have ever had. Me and my girlfriend entered. The two employees looked very awkwardly and finally informed us to sit anywhere. Most of the tables were dirty, including ours. The waitress was not friendly or even explained the menu. My girlfriend asked about a dish on the menu several times, and the waitress replied I don't know. I had to get my waitress's attention to get silverware. Not to mention, I was treated more like a burden. A white family came in 10 minutes later and was greeted, giving menus. I'm an African male, and my girlfriend is Latino. The staff made it quite clear I was not welcome. The staff should be completely ashamed of how they treated us. I do not recommend this restaurant at all, especially if you are African-American, they clearly do not want our business."

"Was in the mood for chicken and rice and saw Yemeni Cuisine on Google maps. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the Chicken Mandi and a Yemeni salad. The chicken was so well cooked it fell right off the bone. The rice was seasoned perfectly and I don't know what the hot sauce consisted of but it was amazing, tasted super fresh with just the right about of heat. The service made a great first impression and the food sealed the deal. Highly recommend. شكرًا"

"their lamb mandi was nothing short of extraordinary. However, I do want to comment on their service. We had a party of 12, and ordered a lot of food but they kept asking us to order more and told us that what we ordered was not enough. We did, then we ended up with lots of left over. They charged us for 2 dollars per cup of tap water, we were surprised when we saw the bill because who charges cup water in a restaurant? They also brought us 7 side salad which we did not order and we thought they're free appetizers or came with our entrees, but they ended up being a 49 dollar charge on our bill. They also told us they were supposed to charge us 100 for reservation but since it's our first time, they waived it for us. I'm sorry I have never heard of a reservation charge, it's not like we canceled or no showed our res."

"I was extremely let down by the Chicken Mandi; it was overly salty. The chicken itself had great flavour, but the excessive salt made it impossible it eat the food. When I called to inquire, I was told it’s the standard salt level and to try something else next time. It was the same for all the three of us, so it’s not just my personal preference."
