Papa Johns Pizza

"Ordered 2 Papadias 50% of my order was wrong. 2 of 2 papadias did not match the label on the box. I requested Bacon, Italian sausage and onions. I received Chicken and Bacon. I called the store to advise my order was wrong and the young lady who cashed out my order in the store relayed my complaint to the lady who made my papadias. Instead of her accepting her error and offering a solution, she decided to plead her case to me via the young lady. Stating she made the order according to my request. I told her I was looking at the papadia and would take a picture. So, the young lady was used as an interpreter for us. She stopped speaking for the lady and offered a solution to redo my order and bring it to me. Thank you, Sweetheart. However, you all don't deliver to Garner, NC. The young lady had a beautiful persona and my transaction experience with her was phenomenal. The one who made my food, needs more customer service training."

"Ordered an Alfredo pizza, garlic sticks and a Pepsi for pickup. Quite underwhelming. The sticks were over cooked, the soda was too flat to be new, and the pizza was - strange. Nothing tasted good or like it was made with care :/. Waste of money."

"Looks like my pizza was used as a frisbee. Apparently Papa Johns has partnered with Door Dash. I don't use Door Dash for this exact reason. (See picture below) I ordered Papa John's because they are trusted when it comes to delivering, but not anymore"

"Everyone in my community development orders from here. I'm no fan of Papa John's but this location has changed my mind. They really stand by the better pizza, better ingredients. The delivery was ahead of time and I really enjoyed the fresh vegetables on my the works pie it was well enjoyed. The spicy garlic sauce was slammin also. Definitely would order again when I don't feel like cooking."

"This is the 2nd recent bad experience I’ve had with this location. The 1st was related to a delivery order that claimed to be delivered to my apartment but never showed. I called the restaurant, and they made me a new one and got it delivered. They never offered me anything for the inconvenience. When I called, they said “well, we made you a new one.” But it doesn’t make up for the fact that I didn’t receive my food for almost 2 hours. I asked if they could meet me halfway with a 50% refund, and they agreed. That never made my bank account. I let it go. My 2nd was with a carry out order. I got to the location after it said my papadia was ready for pickup, and they couldn’t find it anywhere. They said they would make me another, and it would be about 7 minutes. I sat out in my car, and the employee came out and mentioned that they found my order. I opened my box, and my order looked terrible. I wasn’t in the mood to fight it anymore, so I’ll just cross off coming back to this location."
