"Ordered the Difara Classic Pie which was just shy of inedible, completely overcooked on the bottom. When we brought it to the attention of our server we were told that they would bring it to the attention of the cook and "thanks for the feedback". For $33.00 just for the pizza I expected better. Add in two cokes which were flat and a tip we were in for just about $50.00 which is about $15.00 too much"
"Di Fara pizza has been a fantastic addition to downtown Cary! While I will not claim to be a pizza connoisseur - what I can tell you is that these pizzas (whether you get a whole pie, just a slice, or the amazingly huge calzone) have the freshest ingredients and have never disappointed - and I have eaten there (take out and on location) many times! Their staff is always so nice - whether it’s the guy or gal I’m picking up the pizza from, the bartender, or the server taking care of my dog and I outside. So I must mention how nice and dog friendly they are as well. They have a huge outdoor patio that is heated in the winter and has fans for the summer. And anytime I show up with my dog - day or night they have been so accommodating. Not to mention she lovvvvves their crust too. Such an amazing family run company - be sure to check them out!"
"Came in when it wasn't as busy on a saturday for dinner. Immediately was seated. The environment was nice, but the price was not. Ordered an appetizer of meatballs for 10 bucks and got 4 tiny meatballs you would get in a campbells can. The taste of the meatballs was honestly mid. The pizza came later, and we got the Di Fara pie, and it was also not appetizing after the first slice. Not really thinking about coming here again."
"How lucky are the people in the Raleigh area to have a real New York pizza place right in Cary! I’ve eaten at the one in NYC (among the other best ones up there) and this Di Fara is just like them. The crust, the sauce, the cheese, amazing! Oh and the toppings. We sat on the patio listening to great live music as well."
"Absolute pleasure and a hidden gem. We went because of a Instagramer Foodie recommended it. It was worth the road trip. Garlic knots are money. The marinara is gold. That said you better be ready, bring friends, or be ready fot leftovers one the Calzone. Oh and the meatballs are delish too. OMG got me ready to burn gas, the road, and a few dollars to get my taste buds right."
