"I don’t understand all the negative reviews. We’ve gotten pizza both in store to go and delivery from this Marcos location more than 10 times and never had an issue. Everyone always comments how good the pizza is. Our go tos are pepperoni magnifico and grilled chicken florentine! So good!"

"The pizzas are never ready on time and you can be stuck waiting an extra 30-40mins past the quoted time. They are always understaffed and rarely ever have a manager present."

"I never had a Marco's pizza before so decided to try it. I ordered a deluxe online, and went to pick it up. The guy told me the store in Apex called them to cancel my order. WTH??????? Then he told me they were making it so asked me to wait. I waited there for 15-20 min, and picked up my pizza. The pizza was so greasy, and all ingredients were very salty. I did not like their sausage. The mushrooms are canned mushrooms, not fresh. I don't know if other Marco's pizza places are better than this one but I would not go to any Marco's pizza ever...."

"The delivery driver in the white Toyota on 9/9/23 around 3:35pm was to the right of me on 751. They Sped up to about 60 (in the 45) between the highway ramps, and the turn off to Southpoint, flew past me on the right, forgot where their turn signal was, and CUT ME OFF switching lanes in the MIDDLE of the intersection (you know, where you're not supposed to change lanes.) Great representation Marcos! "We'll get you your pizza but our drivers are going to put other people's lives at risk for it!" - maybe a new slogan idea?"

"Tried it for the first time, had the deluxe pizza and it was okay. Personally think it wasn't as good as papa johns or costco's. Also had the dippers for extra 8 bucks and I can tell you it wasn't worth it. Rather have a chipotle bowl instead. Frozen Chicken Nuggets from Aldis is probably just as good if not better. I picked it up and it was still 30 bucks so for the price I didn't think it was worth it overall. The guy at the store was nice though."
