Ruckus Pizza, Pasta and Spirits

"I drove past Ruckus for a couple of years thinking it was just a pizza place. We decided to check it out a month ago and now have been back 3 times. Tonight I had the Ruckus hopped salad with blackened chicken. I was excellent. I started with a bowl of their Chili which was very tasty. My wife had blackened shrimp tacos. Everything we have had here had been great."

"Great place for drinks and food. I had cheese sticks, sweet and spicy boneless wings, and a bbq chicken pizza. All the portions were huge. The cheese sticks were colossal. Service was friendly and food came out fast after ordering. Fairly priced especially for the portion sizes. They even gave me complimentary chips and queso. Will definitely try again."

"The service was okay, the staff was friendly, but the lady misheard me and my sister when we both said we wanted to dine inside. Our soda that we got was very watered down and so was the refills. The service was meh as the staff stood around and talked to one another mostly and our waitor took a while to come back to us. Me and my sister ordered the same food, a chicken sandwich with bacon cheese fries and a pizza. It took a while for the food to come and it was not just us because a gentleman next to us waited the same time for an appetizer (we both ordered about the same time). The bacon cheese fries was delicious, the chicken sandwich was okay and the pizza was not good. We took the tomato and lettuce off our chicken sandwich because they both was so dry, it was disgusting. The chicken itself on the sandwich tasted good, but was dry. The pizza though, was not good, it was undercooked, the crust was airy, bland and thin and the sauce had way too much seasoning that took the taste of the entire pizza away. I thought the place was just a little expensive and not filling because I was hungry again nearly 2 hours later. I'll try here again next time I'm in Raleigh, but I won't order a pizza again."

"I've had good experience and bad ones here but nothing that would deter me from going back. Mostly fun and enjoyable experience. Service is off time to time but nothing that you wouldn't experience at other places. Food comes out great and usually in a timely manner. They have outdoor seating which is fantastic and you have to try their "painkiller" drink. It is phenomenal Small update: Shannen is an amazing manager. Had an issue with my rewards and she had it fixed Immediately."
