McDonald's 1299 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27511

"This place has turned into trash. Wrong orders, high turnover, and rude employees. And I have been a customer there for nearly 20 years. They even allow small dogs with people who clearly are not disabled under the qualification of service dogs. Well you are allowing one disabled person with a small dog who is neither blind nor deaf and that small dog is not really a service dog but you don't care for about 4-5 other clients who may have allergies to pets. If you want to accommodate people with disabilities create outdoor seating. You are discriminating others who may have medical issues and cannot be near pets especially where they eat. It's neither hygienic nor acceptable. My son has a disability too if you are going based on emotions and delays and he would like to bring a baby elephant, would that be acceptable to you? It's ridiculous! I go there almost everyday. No more. I will use the one on Maynard Rd. instead."

"I placed a mobile order and received cold fries. I came through the drivethru to get fresh fries. The employee told me that the fries were cooking. The manager came to the window and said how can I help you. I said that I came and placed a curbside order and the fries were cold. The manager said that she was not replacing the fries because I ate half the fries. She filled a fry to the brim and told me this is how they serve there fries. The manager ate a fry out of the counter as she was talking to me. Then one of the other employees took the fries out of her hand and placed it into another customer's bag and took the food that the manager had just ate out of to another customer. She refused to give me hot fries because she felt that I ate half the fries. So I said I would sit at the window until I got my hot fries. She said we close at 11 and she is not giving them to me. Then she called the police and had me trespassed."

"McDonald's has the best breakfast in the fast food industry. Never a disappointment. I ordered at the kiosk this morning and took my seat when done. The server brought my order to my table, set it down and walked away without a greeting. I don't know what kind of music was playing over the sound system but it was horrible. Some kind of mood nusic that was extremely irritating and not conducive to a pleasurable dining experience."

"Honestly, I don’t go to McDonalds with top tier restaurant quality expectations but what I experienced today was ridiculous. There was nobody in the drive-thru line yet it took almost 10 minutes for somebody to get on the intercom to take our order. On top of that, they forgot items in our order, were rude and giggling in the background as we were placing our order, and the food tasted dry/old anyways. I know the customer service industry sucks I feel like there is no need to treat respectful customers like this.. needless to say, there are other locations close to this one so I advise taking your business there."

"The guy working the window is awesome! This location was packed tonight and this man was literally running mobile orders out to people. I’ll never complain about having to wait a bit longer when I’m seeing that kind of effort. I witnessed multiple customers be rude to him and he maintained his composure and grace. Man in the blue shirt running the window, in case no one else tells you, you’re crushing it! Man in the blue shirt’s boss, give him a raise!!!"
