"Please if you know the older gentleman's name that works at this store please post it in your review because he is amazing. I learned so much so quickly from this gentleman. He taught me so much about my knives and my cutting board that I had already owned things I did not know. He genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his job. it was so refreshing. He even liked Allen Edmonds and had owned two pair for over 40 years. I like to hope that I am one day just like this great man. I had to rush out because of a birthday party my son was late for and I forgot to make sure I remembered his name you know like word association or something. I hate I didn't do that but either way I will be going back to ask for him because I plan on buying something from him. I am including one of the only pictures that I have on my phone of the knife that he was educating me on. I had own shun brand knives four years now and had no clue that I could ship them back to shun to be sharpened anytime need be free of charge I just have to pay shipping. Thank you William Sonoma. Oh I did also remember that the apple cutter was purchased at William-Sonoma also another great product. while looking around my kitchen while writing this review I realized I also that my wife's new toaster was recently purchased at William-Sonoma also. these are all great products well worth the money especially if you catch them on sale like this weekend we're almost the entire store is on sale 20% off everything. The date is now May 27th 2018. I will admit I don't proof read most of these reviews so if there's major mistakes I apologize."

"Although expensive, their store is quite a treat to visit around fall-autumn months, (their selections are still great to visit year round!) although smaller than the one at Crabtree, this place is still worth a visit."
