"I sat at home all day only to find out that my washer and dryer wasn't going to be delivered. A phone call would have been nice."
"I would like to take this time to thank Sharonda and her awesome team. For a wonderful job and a great experience. I've been with the North Duke St Family a lil of a year. This team has excellent customer service. Even though I give them a hard time lol they always. Go above and beyond to make sure I'm right. I would highly recommend this location for your rent to own needs. Thanks Team Rent A Center!!!! You guys are the best!!!!!!!"
"I just found out AT THE LAST minute that the living room suite can’t be delivered AT ALL BECAUSE ITS NOT AVAILABLE!! I’ve waited 2 days for this delivery! I want it REMOVED from my account!!"
"I can’t say it enough just awesome customer service with the entire team starting with the manager Sharanda and even great interactions with Chad"
"My husband and I were thinking about renting from here being that we just moved on this side of town. I called prior to today to ask a couple of questions and the lady that answered the phone sounded so rude as if it was a burden to answer a question. I was understanding about being put on hold because I too work customer service and I know other customers possibly could come in. If dealing with customer's questions aggravates you then this is not the profession for you. Unfortunately, we had to take our business elsewhere because I don't want to have to deal with this kind of attitude and rudeness anytime I need to make a payment or need other stuff. I contemplated on writing this but someone needs to know so proper training can take place. I think I remember the lady's name but I won't post it here for professional reasons so I will call cooperate on Monday to discuss this further and provide the name I wrote down. When we know better we do better."
