"I wouldn't go to rent a center they will make u jump through hoops to get ur stuff it took me 3 days and now they require me to do autopay they best refund my money to me they came and took my couch back a week ago like a said b4 i wouldn't rent from them and i will continue to give you guys a bad report"

"Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had. It took an hour and a half to make a single purchase, and the employee was trying his best, but clearly undertrained, and alone in the store. Had to call the manager no less than three times to do a standard purchase. Was not able to answer a single one of my questions with clarity. I needed delivery and stated this explicitly many times. I was told it would be delivered in the morning. After that did not happen, I was told it'd be between 1-3. After that didn't happen, they told me I "Didn't have an account." After I had already paid and met with two different people. How don't I have an account? I brought up my frustrations and was assured that it will be delivered today, but I have ZERO confidence based on the evidence presented thus far. I will never go here again, and recommend avoiding at all costs."

"Ordered a washer and dryer set yesterday paid everything that needed to be paid got everything done in a timely manner delivery is set for today from 1-4 call around 3:50 to make sure delivery is still coming guy tells me it should be on the way 5:30 rolls around call again following up because it’s only 15 mins from the store to my house guy tells me one of his delivery drives left early him and the general manager would deliver it no problem I understand things happen it is now going on 8 o’clock no delivery no call to follow up no message nothing my thing is if you couldn’t make the delivery today why lie why not just be honest with your customers especially after calling for 2 days straight trying to get me to buy something cooperate please take a deep dive into this store would seriously consider a rebuilding stage of the employees and management"

"so appallingly bad that words fail me... I rented a recliner due to surgery, drop off was good. They were supposed to pick it up on a Friday between 3-5pm, at 5pm I called and was told they were going to check on why they were late and would call back. I called every 15 minutes until closing and no one answered the phone. When I called Saturday, the very rude woman said it was not picked up as I was not on the schedule! Finally picked up on Monday, and a week later was billed for another month. Called the store and was told someone would call me back in "a few minutes". Not surprisingly, this has not happened. Called the main number and was told they had to fill out a report and someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. This is incredible and I have learned my lesson!"
