"I have a SEVERE tomato allergy and when I asked the girl who handed my bag through the window she was certain there were no tomatoes, she nervously looked back to the two who made it, and said, "No tomatoes!" I trusted her and drove 30 minutes home. I get home, and as I go to cut my sandwich in half, my left hand starts burning and swelling. I also looked as to why my sandwich was so uncharacteristically thick! They put tomatoes on then tried to HIDE them by adding double meat!!! I called the manager who identified himself as "E" and he made light of my allergy and went to the go to response of, "Well, if you come back we can replace the sandwich". He clearly didn't listen to a word I was saying about I was having an allergic reaction and I'm 30 minutes away! I go to Jimmy John's once in a blue moon because I don't have one in my area and it's kind of a "treat". Well this will become one "treat" I will happily live with out!"

"Y’all know you wrong selling me a $10 lettuce and tomato sub!! When I tell yall there was no turkey on my turkey sub… I had one very very very thin slice of turkey and couldn’t even tell it was there. The cheese slice I paid extra for was thicker than the turkey itself. Let me tell y’all subs are my favorite food, and this place has the worst quality sub! Jimmy Johns will neverr get another dollar from me!"

"I've never seen more than two tables occupied when I visit, most folks take advantage of the drive-thru option at this location. Service is always great. Food is always made to order correctly and delicious. I've never had a bad experience here! Mr. Jimmy John, please keep the Thai chicken wrap a permanent menu item. I'm obsessed!!!"

"Haven't been to one in 12 years. They did not disappoint. Menu has great options. Staff were friendly and helpful. While there they got someone's order wrong and made it right swiftly."

"I never like eating here I have been before didn't like it . Once again I gave them a try to be super disappointed again ordered turkey sandwich with only 2 pieces of meat for 8$ unexceptionable never again bottom of bread hard I cannot bite the sandwich I would like a refund cause I didn't and would not eat this you can have it back not tasty or appealing at all thanks but no thank unhappy customer"
