"The young lady at the window was pleasant! Drove off and took a bite of my wrap only to find a strand of hair hanging from the remainder of the wrap. The French fries both Cajun and regular were extremely over salted."

"Usually I don't have too bad a time here, the foods usually very, very good however staff can sometimes be very rude. The cashiers will often interrupt your order while adding toppings, resulting in them incorrectly, making whatever meal you have. When addressing this at the window they can become rude and often get an attitude. After asking for my burger to be fixed I was given rude remarks and a bun that looked to have been dropped into mustard."

"Iv been coming to this cookout since it opened. The food is always great when the order is made right usually is. But shame that the inconsiderate employees make the service inconsistent. This afternoon around 3:30pm I went to the drive through and got the worst service Iv had in a long time at this location. Not busy at all I Sat at the speaker for at least 5 mins while the other speaker had attended 3 other cars behind me. So I pulled up to the window talked to 3 different employees I got less change than I was supposed to get and had to ask for it 4 times on the forth time the female asked "now what did you need" like I had not asked 3 other times. There were 2 girls in particular who were very unprofessional and need to find another job. As they seemed to not care."

"I got the big double burger tray with cheddar cheese, bacon, and onion. The pictures explain itself. The Patties are smaller than McDonald’s . Normally, I don’t have any issues with this cookout. This is the first time I’ve ever had any complaints. But those paper thin burger patties aren’t cutting it."

"I come here alot and they are ALWAYS busy so be prepared to wait. Food is usually on point but tonight my grilled chicken was dry and hard as a rock. I will still come back because they are normally good. Staff is always so friendly and even if you have a special order it is always correct. I really appreciate that. One of the last places to get a decent meal at a fair price."
