"Got the order completely wrong even though the receipt showed the correct items I ordered. I ordered a sausage mcgriddle and got a sausage and cheese mcmuffin of course you never find this out to your 2 miles down the road."

"An older Caucasian possibly past military man at drive thru window taking orders extremely RUDE!! While placing my order I felt rushed. I Wasn't able to look at the menu to decide what I wanted to eat. Employee taking my order spoke very nasty and rude about me holding up the line. He refused to give me change for a $5 bill when I asked. Told me he wasn't a bank and to pull off from his window. I asked for a manager to explain what had happened and was brushed off with a nonchalant "I'm sorry" and basically moved me along for the next customer. I asked for my missing fries that I ordered and was told I wasn't charged for them and to enjoy my free food. If I wasn't charged it's because of her employees fault for not hearing my order and rushing me to make a decision without giving good customer service. I'm highly disappointed with this location and won't return to do business here. Would like to be contacted about this!"

"I have been coming here for years but I have never seen employees treated with such blatant disrespect in my life. I was in the drive through on Christmas Eve and there appeared to be only two people to work through a very long line. We didn’t mind the wait since it was Christmas Eve and we figured they would be understaffed, but when we got closer to the window we could hear yelling from inside the building. When our car reached the window, we saw a young girl looking visibly upset and shaken up trying to help customers while an older woman in a different uniform (presumably a manager) SCREAMED at her from the side. This was extremely upsetting for everyone in my party to witness and I feel horrible to know that this location is treating their employees this way especially during a holiday. High demand is never an excuse to treat others this way, let alone someone so much younger. I hope that someone will take action on this. I do not feel comfortable supporting this location anymore."

"Wery good service told us "have a good day"and served the order and was cleaning the floor so clean tables chairs was clean and a cool interior i recommend it ."
