"Did not have the food we requested. The order took incredibly long, but we could hear two of three employees talking/complaining in an office near the drive thru. What I could see from the drive thru it looked messy. Glad we only ordered drinks. Not in our area, so very easily we will not be back. My wife’s drink was half full. The young man was trying, but was also wearing AirPods and it just seemed incredibly unprofessional. The franchise owner probably needs to address this with those working at 5:30pm on Thursday, December 21st. It was embarrassing."
"I must say this is probably the worst Dunkin Experience I have had. The person taking our order didn’t know how to use the ordering system so they had to ask the two other people to all collectively figure it out. It took 10 minutes before they even began to make our food because they completely forgot about us as we were the only people in the dining area sitting right in front of them. No croissants, no bagels, and maybe 1/3 of the donuts available. While we are waiting they were doing trivial tasks to fill time such as twirling their hair or utilizing 3 people to open a container of milk. We finally reminded them that we were still waiting on food and they told us 5-10 minutes longer. It wasn’t busy by any measure and they stood there in a daze as I could hear the people in the drive through experiencing the same frustration. The dining area was gross. There were no napkins, straws, or other supplies in the dispenser and when I asked for some politely I was met with an eye roll and attitude. I will never go back to any Dunkin’ Donuts again after this experience."
"Great. Got a free donut for no apparent reason. I was on my way to work this morning (8/23/23) and had a craving for a Boston Creme. So I pulled into the drive thru and ordered the smallest Boston Creme they had. (I wanted to satisfy the craving but minimize the calories) Then I grabbed my card and pulled around to the window to pay. When I got to the window, there was a guy leaning out the window with a bag. He was in a blue shirt so I think he may have been a manager or something. He handed me the bag and said something like "Here's the smallest Boston Creme." I started to hand him my card, and said "Don't worry about it. It's on us." I was like "Really?" And he said "yes". I didn't do anything special other than specify I wanted the smallest one. It tasted fine. It didn't seem like it was left over from yesterday or anything. I guess he was just in a generous mood. So, to whoever you were, thank you."
"So, I wanted an everything bagel with cream cheese and some good iced coffee. Oh well, I got a bagel, but hardly any cream cheese compared to other DD’s I have gone to. Plus the top was a bit burnt, to overly toasted. The coffee was good though, but that bagel was disappointing."
"Was craving Dunkin’ coffee all day.. for the last time ever. Went to the drive through and had to repeat my order (three coffees) several times. The girl taking my order couldn’t seem to comprehend that I was ordering more than one coffee and kept combining them. Finally I had to get my girlfriend to spell it out for her. After she confirmed 2x what our order was we went to the next window just to get the wrong order. Also when I got home when I tasted the coffee it tasted awful. Nothing but syrup and ice. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and understand why it was so poorly rated. The chai tea I got tastes like syrup and ice. The other picture was supposed to be hot."
