"5 people working the drive threw. Zero people working the counter register. Girl told me to order on the kiosk. As soon as i started ordering she then decided to take other customers orders that came in AFTER me. Horrible customer service. Will not return. Took them almost 10 minutes to ask 3 of us if we were being helped yet….all I wanted were doughnuts for my kids.."

"I went through the drive through for a donut and coffee. Normally I love DD coffee so I ordered a large. It was pure dish water, tasted like they cleaned the coffee pot and gave me the water. The donuts I was told were old and not fresh. Still I wanted one, my bad, the jelly donuts were squished and dry and discolored and old. How on earth do they stay in business??? How???"

"Shout out to CHRISTINA, who prepared my frozen coffee drink oh so beautifully this morning!! Been visiting Dunkin Doughnuts for several years. However, this by far has been THE most DELICIOUS drink ever prepared by one of their employees!! It was mixed with both Pumkin and Coconut flavor and tasted like it was made PERFECT! THANK YOU Christina!!! In addition, there was no long wait and the guy who served me at the window was courteous and nice. What a great way to start my day!!"
