"Very impersonal experience. The place was deserted at 8:30pm. Order at the automated kiosks from a list of menu items. One of the kiosks wasnt working at the time. Needed to customize the order. It took awhile to get hold of somone at the counter but the kid didn't know how and had to seek help. I was charged slightly more than published amount on the display menu, and the kid tried but couldnt explain the difference. I let it go as the difference wasnt much. Order was ready in decent time and the food was good."

"We hit this Cary Kildaire Farm location regularly and find the staff and manager Bobby always very gracious and personable. A recent problem is this location is suffering under testing of the new limited menu that Panera is experimenting with which has removed some of our preferred items. We're now having to frequent the alternative Landmark Drive location to enjoy those. Would have given food a 5 star rating if it wasn't for this limited menu."

"The drive through experience is always awful. If it isn’t an issue with the intercom it’s the wait time. Tonight, Nov. 13, 2023 at approx. 5:45 pm I waited over 15 minutes for the customer before me to place her order. The customer was talking to someone on the phone as she placed the order. Why is there not signage to suggest customers with large orders should go inside to place their order? Or suggest they come inside when an order at the drive through is too large to place in the drive through. I then had to wait another 4 minutes after placing my order- (2 minutes), for this same customer to receive her order. So it took approximately 6 minutes plus over 15 minutes (21 minutes) for this person to complete her visit. This is AWFUL….. Making this visit even worse, the cashier swiped my card and said it gave her a message of incorrect PIN number and therefore it was declined. WRONG…. My card was not declined. This was a terrible experience. It has to get better because I’ve noted that seldomly do I visit the Kildaire Farm location and there is not an issue at the drive through."

"I have been to plenty of Panera restaurants over the years, but this past visit was the first time a manager (Bobby) came out to ask how everything was! That small gesture is a reminder how far simple customer service can take you! Great job on the food and hospitality."

"My wife and I came to try out this newer location and it is a really nice location. The inside is big, with lots of space and has a nice and clean layout. There is a fireplace in the center which is cool. The food and service was great! We enjoyed our cinnamon crunch bagels and my wife enjoyed her Vanilla Latte. For some reason, the Chai Latte here didn't taste very good to me this morning. The rest of our visit was great and we plan to come back."
