Little Caesars Pizza

"Is January 18th 2024 it was 936 p.m. when I call the store and they accepted my order to take extra most bestest pepperoni. By the time I got here I was it was supposed to be made I got here at 9:50 and I told her I came from my order and she refused to make my order. She has glasses. I don't mean a profile people. She is dark skin color. She is young. She is not that tall but she has a berry rude attitude and I hope corporate takes care of her. I asked her for her name to report her and she refused to saying she was the manager saying her name was. Bye so childish. I don't understand why she wants to have a job if she can't make the pizza. Little Caesars have power so I understand about the power outage but that was no excuse. My babies are left without food. She was telling me to go to McDonald's so childish. I don't see how Little Caesars has cashiers so poorly in customer service and she says next time I pull up that she's going to be right there. Can please somebody report her the corporate. She does not need to be representing Little Caesars"

"We ordered thru Uber Eats around 5:20pm and the food was delivered at 7:25pm. The first driver text us when they arrived to the store because the order was not ready. A second driver delivered the order. The food was hot and good but my concern is the pizza box and bread sticks bag we're not sealed. Most restaurants that use seals/packaging of some kind to prevent anyone from tampering with your food while en route. Not blaming the Uber driver but I surely hope and pray with my fingers crossed they were not devious enough to tamper with our food because my children ate it. This Lil Ceasars location needs to do better with time and food safety."

"Nothing on the order was correct. Each sauce was 1.15 and none of them received. Supreme pizza was a little too complex so we received two personal plain cheese. The other "pizza" we received looked as though a meteor struck it. Too burned to eat. Thanks we rarely get to take a lunch and you succeeded in making it inedible."

"I love the stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with the cheese sauce. But I have to order it without the salt on the crust, because if they put the salt on it, its WAY too salty...and I'm someone who always adds salt to food, so if it's too salty for me, then it is practically unediable to other people. The cheese bread is awesome. Thin crust is okay...my husband loves it. One time I ordered pizza at this location through the app and it said it was ready and to pick it up in the pizza portal, but when I went in to get it they hadn't even started making my pizzas at all and I had to wait a long time. I would have just left, but I had already paid for it."

"Placed an online order. Pickup was supposed to be at 8:41 but didn't get it almost 25 minutes later. The location is in such a bad place and you can feel unsafe. One of the guys bringing people their food to the cars was smoking a cigarette while giving the food to the people. I was waiting so long that the cook came out and asked what we ordered. He got one of the pizzas wrong, asked for no cheese on it. But he was nice even when I got a little, just a little, attitude. Because we waited so long, we were given a free 2 liter of our choice and the pizza came out great. That cheese pull was amazing and my kids liked the pizza. I'm not sure if I'll order from them again but I do believe in second chances. The location really do need to change, it's in a bad area and the drive thru may need to go as well. I may try them again to redeem themselves but it's not gonna be anytime soon."
