Subway 3805 Concord Parkway South, Concord, NC 28027

"I ordered a footlong sub today 1/29/24 and only received a 6”. Was told they would refund then another person called me back and said that he made my sub and it was a footlong. I am not one to lie nor complain but they refused to give me my money back. I paid almost $14 for a 6”! I am not happy and I will NEVER go back to this store! I am attaching 3 photos to show proof! He even said that how do they know I didn’t eat half of it! Like why would I do something like that. And he also said I was the second one to call today about the same thing. Get your act together and quit messing up orders!"

"I have been to this store many times, none of which were good. The employees are rude, the service terrible and this visit tonight has made me decide to never go back again. At 8:10 pm when I arrived, all the lights were on but the door was locked. The hours on the door says they are open till 9 pm. If they can not do better they should close this joke of a restaurant down forever."

"This is the worst Subway location that I have ever been to. I ordered online because of a deal they were promoting on a free foot long and I was charged but they never got my order apparently. When calling them to confirm if they received it or not, I was told there is nothing they can do and that I couldn’t speak with a manager because she was never there. They told me there was NOT a corporate number or anyone that I could contact and that I just lost my money (pretty much). I will never visit this location ever again! Please beware they just take your money!"

"If this subway could be rated a 0, it would be. The staff are very unprofessional, doesn’t listen, and have side conversations with other employees diverting attention away from the customer. The staff need to realize without customers, no business. Very unsatisfactory with this location.."

"Manager came out from the back to make my order after being fairly snarky to both me and my gf and her employees She put the knife in dirty water before pressing down my sandwich with a wet, dirty knife. The drink machine had no sweetener so could only get sweet tea. Store is new and nice but will not be back."
