"I ordered the Pizza ten minutes before I showed up for picking. Pizza was COLD it seems like somebody ordered it earlier and it was ONE piece they did not cut it. I come here all the time I have never had bad experiences with Pizza and Customer Service like today. It will be the last time."
"Wish I could give this place a better review but the food was really average. I didn’t want the pizza so I tried the wood fire Brussels sprouts. They were under cooked and had no flavor aside from a little vinegar and some Lardon. The opportunity to leave them in the pizza oven longer would have caramelized the sugars for a better taste as well as crisped up all the leaves. The salad was fresh enough but said it had a white balsamic vinaigrette- but it come out green with cheese in it - more like a pesto. It didn’t taste bad but it didn’t complement the salad. The gelato looked good and I didn’t have the pizza - if that’s what you want maybe check other reviews. I’d be afraid they don’t leave things in long enough to fully cook (I mean a pizza) so ask for well done if that’s what you like. Nice inside of the Durham Food Hall but seating nearby is uncomfortable and looks into empty spaces. I sat on the other side of the bar for better bar stools and more light"
"Napoli makes a consistently delicious pie with fresh ingredients. The fermented dough that is baked in a wood fire oven give its a nice crisp on the edges. My go to order is: the Parma with a drizzle of honey and a house salad. The house salad is large enough to split in between two adults. It has plenty olives, cucumbers, peppers, and the balsamic vinaigrette is strong enough to even out the feta cheese, but mild enough to compliment the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Each pie is large enough to split in between two adults. The gelato is good, but it tends to be a little too soft. Flavor is very good. The service is the only reason I have deducted a star, as the staff changes pretty consistently. On evenings and weekends the wait can be 25-30 minutes."
"Nice pizza spot in the Durham food Hall, tucked in the corner - the pizzas give an authentic Italian pizza vibe, had the Margherita and fungi , definitely the margherita was the better option, I feel there is still scope for improvement as my absolute favorite in downtown Durham still is pizzeria torro however this will probably count as my second favorite. PS : The offer chilli oil as a a side if you are feeling little more adventurous and want to add some heat !!!"
"Holy cow this pizza is AMAZING. Was not expecting it to be as good as it was. Fresh ingredients. Fresh mozzarella. I couldn’t get enough. The house salad with their homemade dressing was amazing as well. Full of flavor. Thin crust pizza cooked just right."
