"Following surgery, unable to find a prescribed hospital bed, I rented an electric recliner. It took up less room and had a better range of adjustments. Josh was excellent signing me up and handling the monthly billing. The two-man delivery team was on time and professional and the recliner worked perfectly. Today Gustavo came alone to pick it up. He was on time and professional. It was a real struggle but he did not complain. Hopefully sending one man to do a two man job is not a regular practice."
