"Crooks !!! I bought a refrigerator from lucky leroys at what I thought was a decent price on 6,28,2021 Got it home it stopped working while I was working out of town on 7,14,2021 My wife had just had groceries delivered the day before. My wife who is disabled & our two kids could not eat anything that was in the refrigerator the we lost over $300 in groceries. She contacted Jim at lucky leroys he said to bring it back and he would look at it I took it back on Monday he refused to fix it he refused to give me another refrigerator and he refused a refund. He claims all the appliances he sales are under factory warranty THEY ARE NOT !! We called the manufacturer they told us that since it was *originally * purchased as scratch and dent that there is NO WARRANTY!!! Jim buys “scratch & dent appliances” from local box stores and resales them . We had a repair man come out to look at the refrigerator the compressor is dead it will cost more then a new refrigerator to get fixed there is a copper pipe in the freezer that has electric tape on it Jim claims it’s thermal tape they should have used duct tape my refrigerator may have lasted another week or two. Called Jim to to tell him what the repair man said he still denies that the refrigerator is broken and refuses to give us a new refrigerator or a refund I went and purchased a new refrigerator from local box store told the sales person this is our 2nd new refrigerator in less then a month she asked why I explained the situation and she confirmed he dose in fact buy ALL OF THE “SCRATCH AND DENT PRODUCTS “ So go right ahead and buy some junk from here"
