"I am big fan of Mi Pueblo. But unfortunately I'm never that impressed with this particular location. We arrived on a Monday night for dinner and were promptly seated. I ordered a vegetarian ACP. Even though it's not technically on the menu, I always order it at another location without issue. However, our served seemed really confused by the request. She did place the order though. The food arrived as requested. However, my husband was extremely disappointed with the chicken in his tequila chicken dish. He said there was no way that the chicken had been marinated overnight. It was flavorless and overcooked. The manager came over and agreed. She spoke to someone in the kitchen who basically confirmed that it had not been prepared as described. She did bring him a new chicken breast, which was better. Overall, not a horrible experience. But it somehow just always seems to miss the mark a bit."
