Panera Bread

"Ordered a Cobb salad with chicken for delivery. Delivery was on time but salad was all greens, one piece of avocado, 2 slices of tomato, no bacon and no chicken. I called in my complaint and 30 minutes later received another salad made correctly. We used to love this location but have been disappointed this time and on our last dine-in visit."

"This was my first time visiting Panera Bread. I ordered two bagels; one, I wanted it toast and added cream cheese. I waited for my order for about 12 minutes, and I went to the register to cancel my order. Andre went to check to see if my order was ready, and it was. Once I got my order, my bagel was cold and hard. I didn't notice until I got in the car, and I was a little upset. I didn't bother to go back inside because I had somewhere to be. I've heard many wonderful things about Panera Bread, so I wanted to try it out. The customer service was great. Andre, who served me, was nice and pleasant."

"I love Panera bread but they need to fix whatever their problem is at this location. I ordered a baguette ham and Gouda melt and customized it to my liking for delivery. The first sandwich they gave me was some weird BLT but without bacon on a baguette. I called customer service and she put in a replacement order thankfully. But when I receive the sandwich it's STILL WRONG. Literally put everything on the sandwich EXCEPT the ham. They printed the receipt out for their cooks to remake it, circling the toppings and sandwich and yet EVEN STILL they can't include the ham? I work in the fast food industry myself and it's baffling that your boss has to print it out on a sheet of printer paper for you to remake and you still can't get it right. Attached are photos of both mess up sandwiches AND the printed receipt. 3 stars for food just because I normally love Panera but this location needs help. And 2 stars for service because cooking the food is part of the service and once again you can't even get it right the first time or the second. Side note: the lady on the phone gets 5 stars personally since she was ACTUALLY doing her job right."

"The service at this Panera was excellent. I have a nut allergy and they were very cautious on fixing my order. Lauren and Andre were both friendly and helpful when it came to food selection and I loved my choices. I got the mango smoothie and grilled cheese (soft food diet), and my friend got the peach/blueberry smoothie, mac’n cheese, and the cinnamon raisin bagel w/ the honey walnut cream cheese. Everything was hot or cold like they should be! Thank you and I will be back to visit. :)"

"My wife and I enjoyed our brunch and coffee here this morning. Ordering from the kiosk is our favorite and makes the process much more simple. Our food and lattes were great."
