"This popeyrs has turned around drastically in the past year or so. It is so clean inside, everyone is so nice and attentive and the food is always freshly cooked. Definitely my go to for the chicken sandwiches, which are the best!"

"The staff at this location was extremely inattentive. Everyone was on the phone and no regard was given to customers waiting for orders. Popeyes has excellent food and a great reputation. The wait staff here do not show this. There needs to be accountability and supervision here. It is severely lacking."

"Tell me how the freak i order food, chicken, and only end up with a box full of sides... Not just one box but 2 boxes full of sides. I didnt even get the drink which didnt bother me much; but come on really??? How is it not a single piece of chicken touched the inside of the box??? "It's been quite a while since I stopped bye this particular Popeyes restaurant, as I had moved to another part of Charlotte. I was in the neighborhood, I was hungry and was not left disappointed. This particular crew was absolutely on point, from the moment that you passed through the entrance. Engaging, helpful and personable; from Alyssa at the counter, the cooks, shift leaders and manager made sure that you were happy and taken care of. The restaurant was immaculate, both inside and out. Everything was handicap accessible and there was plenty of parking. Most importantly though, the food was fresh, hot and just the right amount of crispiness in the chicken. The gravy for the mashed potatoes even had a nice little Cajun zip to it. And they have their Cajun rice back. I love chicken and I love Popeyes. Can't say it any plainer than that.
