"Okay this is one of the absolute best burger we have had in Charlotte. This is a food truck but it is a hidden gem! Please don’t pass this burger spot up. The owner is super nice and make a killer burger. Oh the the fries were something special!"

A real hidden gem in Matthews. Plenty of outdoor seating and a cozy Irish pub on site too. And an Ice Cream truck too."

The big bun seems imposing at first, but is actually a home made recipe that is super light and plyable like a classic burger Fries are uniquely cut and of the quality and taste you’d expect of some Irishmen Perfect spot for kids and dogs on the outdoor patio We came early in their launch and had more of a 2-3 star experience - they’ve remedied their issues and are rolling now! Be sure to tell the chef how you like your burger if you DON’T like medium, aka, the “perfect temp” for beef. It’s a hidden gem at this his point, hope none of you read this and overcrowd the place ;-)"

"Wifey and I split a sweet Caroline burger and chimichurri fries. Excellent flavors. Food truck (with table service) adjacent to Irish pub and beer shop. Super convenient. Outdoor seating in small town atmosphere. Lovely experience with a bonus bluegrass jam tonight across the green."
