Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is the worst chipotle location in charlotte. I’ve been to multiple across the city and this one happens to be the closest to me. I go out of my way to avoid this location. It’s more likely your food is horrible than good. Rice is either undercooked or overcooked. One time the lime and salt on something in my bowl was so intense I couldn’t finish. Another time I ordered online and the tomato salsa was so watery I could pour it out. Completely inedible. Today I went inside to order because I wanted something quick and I couldn’t get guacamole because of how brown and old it looked. It must’ve been guac from yesterday. Hopefully someone from their management sees this and retrains the staff."

"My name is very common. This happened to me for the 2nd time. The 1st time - The ticket had my first and last name but when I opened the bag it was a complete different order. I had to drive back to Chipotle and they had two customers with the same name. I showed my order number and he quickly made my order and apologized for the error. I don't blame Chipotle for that. And it happened again yesterday. My order was picked up by someone else and I had to show them my order confirmation. The employee quickly apologized and made my order. I would highly suggest to keep the orders behind the counter and have customers to show their order number from their phone and match their information to the pick up order so mistakes like this doesn't continue happening. Please start making customers show their order confirmation before handing anything over."

"I must say since the change of employees at this location you have to beg and plead for more rice or more meat . The employees are giving the illusion that you are getting a decent helping of rice by the way they move the rice around in the bowl . This conduct of business has to stop before I go elsewhere . Cava is starting to look real good right now . I shouldn’t have to beg and plead for more rice then be told I would have to pay extra especially when I have been getting decent portions of burrito bowls before these new employees came. Please make the customers happy and serve decent portions . Next time I will take pictures of my bowl so everyone can see exactly what I am talking about ."

"I was traveling for the holidays and decided to get something to eat on Christmas Eve after leaving the outlet mall. This location was to close at 3:00pm, I arrived at 2:10pm and we waited in the long line patiently and just talked to others while waiting. The white female manager and another Latino female with long fake nails started eating out the rice on the table in the back with her long fingernails digging in the rice. The male manager yelled after a few minutes the lobby is closed to everyone. We all stayed in line. The counter had a few workers but most of the others playing around in the back and not helping this African American female at the counter. I saw it as a form of bullying her a person of color as well as the customers of color. The male manager talked to her rude and stood over her making her fix online orders and other things he and others could have helped her with. She had put the rice, beans and meat in our bowl and he went walking around and let it sit, then came back said what did you want on your bowl as I told him he was like let me do these online orders and left us standing there and we waited a few more minutes and walked out. I have never had this happen at a Chipolte and I love the food, but after experiencing this I probably will not visit another not sure, but I am sure I will not go back to this one. The African American female was the only friendly employee with a smile even though they worked her to death. We left after about 40 to 45 minutes with no food. We went over and got food from Jason's Deli all employees so nice. Both Managers need to go at this one looking at all the other complaints."

"I ordered though the app and got it on time and my order was correct. I usually like to order the burrito bowls but decided to try something different so I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was delicious! The sides were really good ( pico, sour cream and corn) and I also got guacamole with chips."
