"Either make sure you have enough staff or don't open. Placed an online order, arrived to one person in the store and waited over 40 mins for food. People were coming in and he told them to place their orders online. When asked for a refund because I was tired of waiting employee stated he didn't know how to do online refunds. This is really not right for the employee or the customer to have him running the store alone."

"I have been to over 6 different Wing Stop locations in North and South Carolina. Mrs Diana and crew always give me exceptional service with high quality fresh food. I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcoming and this is by far my favorite food establishment to frequent. Thank you Diana and crew"

"Placed the order on the app. App showed 15-20 minutes. Arrived and the clerk said none of the chicken is cooked to me and several other guests. There were about 15 or so other people waiting for food. Waited another 15 minutes and then I was told that it was going to me another 5 minutes. Guess the app should rethink the food wait timed. All in all waited 30 minutes even after ordering on the app."

"Placed an online order, app said 12 to 18 minutes for order to be ready. Drove there and arrived in 20 minutes order was not ready for another 25 minutes. At the end I looked were the ready orders are and they had just placed my order on the shelf. I told the guy "Hey, my order is right there, I gotta go!" The food was good though! I even forgot my drink."
