"It’s been 2.5 hours since I placed an order and I still haven’t gotten my pizza. I have called multiple times and every time promised a time that isn’t fulfilled. The last time I called, the staff hung up on me…absolutely disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. Their pizza is not even that good. Never coming back. Update: 3 hours later I called and they said they don’t have my order and have no idea about it. This has to be the worst experience. No one at the store was capable enough to deal with this situation or find my order. They offered the owner to call me back in 3 days…seriously? No thanks. You’ve just lost a good customer."

"I have ordered the same pizza twice from this restaurant, a large thin crust Italian sausage and both times it has been wrong. I have asked twice for it to be cut into triangles and not squares. The second time I checked before leaving the store and it was in squares. I left the pizza there and told them to take it off the bill. It is a simple request that they have done before."
